SHV OPPOSES:
Constitutional Concealed Carry Reciprocity (CCR)
CCR would enable federal law to supersede state concealed carry regulations. This means that gun owners from states with weak permitting laws could enter states with more rigorous permitting laws, such as Massachusetts, while carrying their concealed firearms.
